Five questions in Indfødsretsprøven concern current affairs. SIRI does not publish the topics in advance, so no website can provide a reliable list of the coming questions.
Follow a small set of reliable sources
Check broad national news from sources such as DR and TV 2 several times a week. Give more attention to stories that stay in the news and concern Danish politics, society, culture, or major international events with a clear Danish connection.
Keep short notes
For each important story, note:
- what happened;
- who or which institution was involved;
- when it happened; and
- why it was important in Denmark.
Check the relevant period
Official guidance describes current-affairs questions as concerning events with significant coverage in Danish news during the six months before the test. Check the current official wording before your test, because rules can change.
