Indfødsretsprøven is a written, multiple-choice test in Danish. It covers Danish history, society, culture, current affairs, and Danish values.

Format and passing requirements

The test has 45 questions and lasts 45 minutes. You need at least 36 correct answers overall and at least 4 correct answers among the 5 questions about Danish values.

Material and current affairs

The official learning material covers 35 questions. Five questions concern current affairs, and five concern Danish values. Check which edition of the material is valid for your test date.

How to prepare

Read the official material, use previous official tests, follow major Danish news, and take timed mock tests. Review mistakes instead of only repeating questions you already know.
