Indfødsretsprøven tests your knowledge of Danish history, society, culture, current affairs, and Danish values. It is one of several possible requirements in a citizenship case.
Test format
You have 45 minutes to answer 45 questions in Danish. To pass, you need at least 36 correct answers overall and at least 4 of the 5 questions about Danish values.
What to study
The official learning material covers 35 questions. Five questions concern current affairs, and five concern Danish values. Use the current official material, because the valid edition can change.
A practical way to prepare
- Read the official material once for an overview.
- Use previous official tests to learn the question style.
- Follow major Danish news during the relevant period.
- Take timed mock tests and review every mistake.
- Track the total score and the answers about Danish values separately.
