Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Nyborger app and nyborger.dk.

Last updated: 9 August 2026

1. About Nyborger

Nyborger is a private study tool for the Danish Citizenship Test. We are not a public authority, and SIRI has not officially approved the service.

We help you practise, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass. Always use official websites for current rules, dates, and registration.

2. Your account

You must provide correct information and protect access to your email and device. Contact us quickly if you think someone else is using your account.

You must not share a paid account to avoid a subscription, or use the service illegally or to harm others.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Some features need a subscription. The price, period, and any trial are shown in Apple App Store or Google Play before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel under the rules of the store where you bought them. Manage cancellation and payment details in your Apple or Google account.

Apple or Google handles payments and refund requests under its rules. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and does not by itself provide a refund for the current period.

4. Content and rights

Nyborger and our original content, design, and software are protected by copyright and other rights. You may use the service privately for your own study.

Public material and previous official tests belong to their publishers. A link or reproduction does not change their rights.

  • Do not sell, download in bulk, or redistribute our content.
  • Do not try to bypass payment, security, or technical limits.
  • Do not disrupt the service or use automated access without permission.

5. Availability and changes

We may change content and features or briefly stop the service for maintenance and fixes. We try to keep facts current, but official information can change.

If we make an important change to these terms, we will give reasonable notice. The new date will appear at the top of this page.

6. Liability

Nyborger is provided as a study tool. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or for decisions based only on our content.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that mandatory consumer or data protection law always gives you.

7. Closing an account

You can delete your account in the app or contact us. We may restrict or close an account after serious misuse or a breach of these terms. You must still cancel an active store subscription with Apple or Google.

8. Law and contact

Danish law applies without removing protection that mandatory law gives you in your country of residence.
